No Energy

1v1 arcade arena shooter where energy is both your ammo and your health. You also have a mega shot that will instakill the other player, but uses up all your energy to use.

The theme for this jam was: You are the power source

Controls:

• WASD: Move
• G: Shoot
• F: Mega shot

Bugs

This game was made for Trijam #65, a 3-hour game jam. I didn't manage to finish in the 3 hour time limit so it's really buggy/incomplete.

Here are the biggest bugs to be mindful of:

• Both players use the same controls 🤦‍♀️
• Jumping doesn't work
• Shot collisions are buggy
• Game doesn't restart when a player is killed

I was planning on implementing screen wrapping but for some reason it made the shot collisions even MORE buggy.

All in all, I had fun making this. I may come back and flesh out this game more.
